About the Opportunity as a Sales Consultant

Are you a results-driven sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading remodeling firm? We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and exceeding sales targets.

As a Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and your passion for home remodeling to build strong relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our talented design and construction teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs and aspirations of our valued customers.

This is an ideal position for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will have the freedom to showcase your consultative selling abilities and make a significant impact on our business by fostering long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct business in a highly ethical manner in line with the company purpose and guiding principles.
• Consistent, effective follow through with assigned leads and potential clients
• Self-generate a portion of your leads
• Identify client needs and develop collaborative solutions that bring their vision to life
• Understand Scope of Work, budget expectations and structural limitations
• Create and present Design and Construction Agreements to clients
• Attend key design meetings to ensure clients have a clear understanding of their project
• Communicate all job-specific needs to the design and production team

More About You

To qualify, you will need at least 5 years of person-to-person sales experience with at least 2 years’ experience selling in the residential remodeling industry. A top performer with a great attitude and familiarity with the Sandler selling system are strong assets.

As our ideal candidate, you are a highly motivated, technically well-versed individual, experienced in providing expert advice and identifying opportunities. You possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with an ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Additionally, you have a professional demeanor and a willingness to learn, as well as the ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently. Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail are crucial to this role.
