When meeting with us, the client admitted that they had quickly outgrown their home. They needed more space to accommodate a growing family, and a streamlined floor plan that fit their lifestyle, including:

In order for this home to shift from a newlywed first home to suit a growing family, we needed to create usable space in the attic as well as add 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and improve the main level functionality and flow.
Details
- The homeowners came to us wanting a fully usable outdoor living and entertaining space for family and friends.
- The client wanted to create a flow between the indoor living space and outdoor living space.
- The WOW factor was the intricate design and built of the octagon shape with a Witch’s Hat and weather vane. The covered/open deck area has additional seating and entertaining space and is accessible through the large double sliding doors from the inside kitchen.
- The beautiful semi-circular stone Patio/Fire Pit area for more seating and gathering space create a unique aesthetic and social flow.
